30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: All Time Favourite Thing About Grey's Anatomy The Story The conclusion of this challenge is a chance for me to mention just how great the storytelling is of Grey's Anatomy. Whether its from the surprise reveal of Addison at the end of the first season or whether it's the development of Meredith & Cristina's friendship, it's definitely the best show on television at the moment. The show has a perfect blend of drama and comedy, with emotion and warmth. 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Most Underrated Character Teddy Altman I think Grey's Anatomy is notorious for underusing some great characters, Hahn, Lexie, April, Reed Adamson and the very unusual Heather Brooks, but none so more than Teddy Altman. She has great potential and fire in herself, and her relationship with Cristina was great, and even with Owen. But then they decided to just have her become desperate for a man. I think she could have been a great continued member, particularly with Cristina, a new relationship that Owen has, new interns and being a moral compass for that bitch Arizona. It would have also been nice to develop the relationship between herself and Meredith. 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: The Character You'd Most Want As Your Doctor Jackson Avery. This one was difficult, I was choosing between Jackson, Callie, Izzie, Lexie, Derek and Mark. I think they're the best at looking after the people, whilst also being great in surgery too. I selfishly thought, If I was in for a long time, who would I want to see come in most. That didn't narrow it down either, there is a lot of eye candy. So I just made a snap decision of Jackson, and every morning I'd spill my orange juice and porridge on his clothes so he'd have to take them off. Whoops! 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Saddest Death George O'Malley's 007 George O'Malley's death was sad for so many reasons. The first being that he deserved something so much more. His disappearance of the episode did seem to sudden for me. And the extra sadness was he used one of his most embarrassing moments as an identifier of who he was. So sad. I cried a lot when he went. 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Favourite Season Finale Season 6, Episode 23/24: Sanctuary/Death And All His Friends My favourite Finale (SO FAR) has to be the season 6 finale. I think this is the episode where Grey's TRANSFORMED into an even more amazing series. I think there are many great episodes but the acting in this is by far the best. The most hard hitting scene is when Meredith miscarries and still fights on. 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: The Character You Miss The Most Izzie Stevens Grey's Anatomy's Izzie Stevens was one of the greatest characters, and one that left the biggest hole when she left. There seemed to be so much more to her character, and she was so entertaining. COME BACK. Also just to mention, George was a close second. We all know it, she pushes Callie too far all the time and should be bloody happy with such a girlfriend. Callie is whipped by her, and then what does she do, she goes and cheats. Bitch. 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: A Scene That Made You Cry He's Gone - Cristina Yang finds Burke has left for good. How can anyone expect me to not cry when Cristina Yang breaks down? 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Favourite Place In The Hospital The Dermatology department Grey's Anatomy, Dermatology department George, Cristina, Meredith & Izzie relax! Oh such bliss and relaxation can be found in the dermatology department, if only they could have used this space more. To receive juice, massages and more would be beautiful. This could have been used much more for storylines in Greys. 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Favourite Surgery The Toxic Blood Patient Grey's Anatomy: Season 3 - Episode 14 In Season 3 we saw the best surgery. A patient was discovered to have toxic blood and all of the surgeons and nurses collapsed around her. It was then the job of Meredith, Cristina and Izzie to run in one by one, holding their breath to complete the surgery. This is my favourite mainly due to the ingenuity of the idea. There's hundred of medical dramas with unusual heart cases, surgeries gone wrong and the strangest items found in X-Ray's, but I've never seen one with the patient being toxic. 30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Favourite Elevator Scene Heart Surgery In The Elevator by George O'Malley! There are some beautiful conversations and quips and remarks and loving that goes on in those elevators at Grey + Sloan Memorial Hospital, particularly when they stop the elevator to talk or release emotions, but this has to be by far the best scene. George O'Malley owns Karev's butt and it's one of the story lines that really got me into Greys.
