30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Most Underrated Character Teddy Altman I think Grey's Anatomy is notorious for underusing some great characters, Hahn, Lexie, April, Reed Adamson and the very unusual Heather Brooks, but none so more than Teddy Altman. She has great potential and fire in herself, and her relationship with Cristina was great, and even with Owen. But then they decided to just have her become desperate for a man. I think she could have been a great continued member, particularly with Cristina, a new relationship that Owen has, new interns and being a moral compass for that bitch Arizona. It would have also been nice to develop the relationship between herself and Meredith.
