My attempt at making Macaroons

I tried to make some Peppermint Macaroons yesterday.
They tasted pretty good, but I didn't like the whipped cream in the middle, I definitely think it should be buttercream icing.
They were really flat and soggy/sticky as well, So I think I'm going to make sure my eggs are at room temperature next time.

30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Favourite Season Finale Season 6, Episode 23/24: Sanctuary/Death And All His Friends My favourite Finale (SO FAR) has to be the season 6 finale. I think this is the episode where Grey's TRANSFORMED into an even more amazing series. I think there are many great episodes but the acting in this is by far the best. The most hard hitting scene is when Meredith miscarries and still fights on.
