I found it a nice little way to say goodbye to the series. It's a satisfying ending in the fact that you know that life goes on in the world, and many people live happily ever after. However, it's necessity can be questioned.

30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Favourite Season Finale Season 6, Episode 23/24: Sanctuary/Death And All His Friends My favourite Finale (SO FAR) has to be the season 6 finale. I think this is the episode where Grey's TRANSFORMED into an even more amazing series. I think there are many great episodes but the acting in this is by far the best. The most hard hitting scene is when Meredith miscarries and still fights on.
