Who Killed Lucy Beale? Suspects 55-46

Part 3 of my breakdown of the suspects who could possibly have killed Lucy Beale on EastEnders!

55. Lauren Branning

Lauren is of similar sorts to Peter. Since the death of her best friend not only has she been grieving hard, but she has put in such an effort to try and find out who the killer is. Lauren wants justice, not revenge on her best friend. They've got along since they had different faces and they were going into business together. LB Lettings was going to be there big break and I think it's safe to say Lauren is innocent.

54. Ryan Malloy

Ryan returned earlier on this year for Whitney. To my memory he didn't particularly have that much to do with Lucy Beale, but his fierce protective ways over Whitney could be a motive for this once beautiful man, who looked horrific in his 2014 return.

53. Dean Wicks

Matt Di Angelo slash Deano 'The Creepy Rapist' Wicks is now far to creepy looking with that awful facial hair to have a recent picture on here. Could this cruel character's crime wave have started earlier than we were previously aware? Here's more here because of his recent horrific actions, but I don't particularly think he would be involved in both big storylines.

52. Dot Cotton

Could Dot Cotton's character be heading in a new dark direction? She never appeared to particularly like Lucy, and let's be honest who doesn't get wound up by Ian. Could she have done it? I very much doubt it!

51. Joey Branning

Joey Branning is another one of Lucy's escapades. She really was quite the whore wasn't she! After helping Lucy get her money back from his fat father Derek, Lucy & Joey began going at it like rabbits until he dropped her for a bit of cousinly affection from Lauren. His sister was a murdering bitch and he could be following the same road as her. Not only could he still be angry at Lucy for spiking Lauren's drink and sabotaging what could have been a strong if not controversial relationship, or could he have thought the matching clothing businesswoman was actually Lauren and in a dark twisted Romeo & Juliet style twist have returned to end the story.

50. Patrick Trueman

Pre-Stroke Patrick was another dark horse. In his life, he's been convicted of assault, lost a fiancee in a fire, had an affair, been in a band, married twice, and been involved in so many other's storylines it was amazing to find he actually had a proper one of his own with his stroke. Joining the Beale family alongside Denise, could Lucy have wound him up as the spoilt brat we kind of all knew that she was.

49. Dexter Hartman

Unfortunately Khali Best has yet to get some acting lessons, which is especially annoying considering he's being paired with Nancy. Regardless, he kissed Lola when she was with Peter, the nearest motive could be that Lucy found out, but I don't think she'd bee particularly bothered if Lola and Peter broke up. Something tells me it's going to be a long time until this boy gets a decent storyline.

48. Jane Beale

Jane Beale, perhaps the most likeable Beale ever. Jane and Lucy's relationship strengthened after the whole baby palava, which Ian ruined (as per). Lucy appeared to be quite happy to have Jane back around, and Jane has always been so nice and liked Lucy, so I can't imagine her murdering her step-daughter.

47. Christian Clarke

I never particularly liked Christian, he really wound me up. However, he and Lucy most of the time got on really well. When Olly was around she did trick Christian into letting her use his flat, and she did blackmail Sayed, but other than that they were close. It was old face Lucy that was a bitch to Christian, new face seemed to be alright.

46. Tina Carter

Tina is another one that it just wouldn't make sense. Did they ever talk? I don't think they did, but then there was Lucy's blood found in Tina's flatshare...
