Slimming World Begins Today

Today is the start of my Slimming World diet.

I haven't been perfect but in my defence I haven't even read the book.
But I know I haven't had more than 20 Syns :)

I need to lose a stone!!

30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Favourite Season Finale - Day 24

30 Day Grey's Anatomy Challenge: Favourite Season Finale Season 6, Episode 23/24: Sanctuary/Death And All His Friends My favourite Finale (SO FAR) has to be the season 6 finale. I think this is the episode where Grey's TRANSFORMED into an even more amazing series. I think there are many great episodes but the acting in this is by far the best. The most hard hitting scene is when Meredith miscarries and still fights on.
